CultureSync and Tribal Leadership: An Introduction
Hey everyone, If you have never heard of Tribal Leadership, then this is your lucky day!  This blog post is here to introduce you to Dave Logan and the happenings at CultureSync.  If you are interested leadership, group dynamics, or organizational health, then Tribal Leadership may interest you.

Many times I find myself sharing stories and experiences about the Tribal Leadership community with friends and co-workers. The idea for this post came from the need to have one place to direct people to find great introductory resrources.

Below, we have the following resources to get you started:
  • Video
  • Audio book
  • Free online course

Video

While listening to a bunch of TED talks, here is the first video that introduced me to CultureSync and the idea of tribes.   To make things easier... you can watch the YouTube version below:

Free Audio Book

The video is great, but if you are interested in learning a lot more, there is a free audio book here. That's right people... free!  The book is a great resource to learn the concepts and terminology used in tribal leadership.

Free Online Course

Going further... there is an excellent free online course.  If you sign up for the coure, you will receive three minute video everyday for 21 dys.  I have been through the entire course two or three times. It's an awesome way to engage your brain into tribal thinking.

That is it for the introduction.  There is much more to learn, read, study, and experience... but for now, this is a good starting point.  If you enjoy the material or have any questions... please feel free to post a comment below.

Thanks,
Jer
